Aa6 Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "Player") and aa6 ("Platform", "we", or "aa6") regarding the use of the aa6.bio website and all services provided therein.

By browsing our website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, which forms part of this agreement.

These terms apply to all aa6 platform users without exception. aa6 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

To register and use the aa6 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration and throughout the membership period.
• Being in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online betting activities.
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any gambling platform.
• Not acting on behalf of another individual or company in the capacity of a representative or agent.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not an employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any aa6 employee.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the aa6 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or identification details, are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. This includes your full name, identification number (MyKad), active phone number, date of birth, and bank account number. aa6 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at any time.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. aa6 recommends using a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection. Contact our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 KYC Verification

Prior to the first withdrawal or when requested by the aa6 team, players are required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process by uploading the following documents: a valid MyKad or passport copy, a selfie with the identification document, and proof of bank account ownership (latest bank statement or account screenshot). The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

Aa6 supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a bank account or eWallet registered in your own name — third-party transfers are not accepted.
• Aa6 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes once KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same player's name.
• Aa6 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 within a 24-hour period.
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected of being linked to fraud or money laundering will be placed on hold pending the completion of an investigation.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

Players are responsible for ensuring that their bank account or eWallet details submitted are correct and up to date. aa6 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect account information provided by the player. Any transaction that has been successfully processed cannot be reversed.

Aa6 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) and specific terms stated alongside each promotional offer.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own minimum wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses may only be used by eligible members as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Each player is eligible to claim each type of bonus only once, unless stated otherwise.
• Aa6 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being claimed through illegitimate means or abuse of the promotions system.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be cashed out without meeting the wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating between accounts to artificially meet wagering requirements, or any form of bonus arbitrage — will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and may lead to account termination.

All bets placed on the aa6 platform are subject to the wagering rules established for each game category or sport. Players are responsible for understanding the specific rules of each market before placing a bet.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• Aa6 reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from technical or human error.
• Sports betting market results are based on official outcomes announced by the relevant sports governing body.
• In the event of a disputed result, aa6 reserves the right to withhold payment until a final decision is confirmed.
• For casino games, results generated by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final.
• Any technical issues occurring during an active game session will be resolved based on aa6's system records, which shall be considered the definitive and accurate record.

All aa6 members are required to conduct themselves with courtesy, honesty, and responsibility while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without warning:

• Fraud, identity falsification, or using another person's personal information.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Using software or technical methods to steal information or disrupt aa6 systems.
• Launching any form of cyberattack, DDoS attack, or penetration attempt against aa6 infrastructure.
• Posting content that is offensive, threatening, or constitutes harassment towards other players or aa6 staff.
• Using the aa6 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your account.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the aa6 support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to KYC compliance and the withdrawal terms in effect at that time.

8.2 Termination by aa6

Aa6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time, with or without notice, if there is evidence or strong suspicion of: violation of any terms in this document, fraud or deceptive activity, money laundering, use of the platform from a restricted jurisdiction, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform.

8.3 Balance After Termination

If an account is terminated for reasons not involving a player violation, valid cash balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player. If termination results from a breach of terms, aa6 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account.

The aa6 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. aa6 is not liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party technical failures, or natural disasters.
• Financial losses incurred by players as a result of their own betting decisions.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses even if aa6 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.
• Actions or omissions of third parties including payment providers, game providers, or telecommunications networks.

Under no circumstances shall aa6's total liability to any player exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Aa6 is committed to protecting the personal information of all its members. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is conducted in accordance with aa6 Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement.

Your data is used solely for account management, transaction processing, legal compliance (AML/KYC), service improvement, and promotional communications (if you have opted in). aa6 does not sell or rent your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

Aa6 believes gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of stress or financial hardship. We provide a range of self-control tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount within a specified period.
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum value for each bet.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by aa6.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all other provisions in this document will remain in full force and effect.
